To conduct a successful training for the Students, the following are the requirements:

• Substantial Course material of international standards
• Industry standard tools as acceptable to Multi National Companies (MNC)
• Qualified instructors
• Hands on training.
• Necessary Platforms to run the tools
• Other necessary and sufficient infrastructures, which are relevant to conduct on site training , like OHP, etc.
• Most of all, RAPID ASIC PROTOTYPING SYSTEM or Universal FPGA SYSTEMS to validate the projects

Indeed, the aim of the training should be to bridge the gap between the bookish knowledge of the fresh Engineers and the industrial
experience as demanded by MNC's.

Preliminary Information:

VDesign provides two schemes for On Site Training programme in VLSI and DSP.

On Site training is provided for any of the following courses.

• VHDL Language and XILINX / ALTERA.
• VERILOG Language and XILINX / ALTERA.

Scheme I: ( Software & Hardware)

The College is equipped with minimum infrastructure of following Software and Hardware or purchases from VDesign.

• 5 User license of SIMULATOR( Modelsim SE )
• 5 User License of SYNTHESIS for XILINX / ALTERA (Leonardo Spectrum level 3)
• 5 User license of PLACE and Route for XILINX / ALTERA (optional)
• 5 FPGA TRAINER SYSTEM for XILINX / ALTERA

VDesign's On Site Training Package consists of...

• Training of Maximum 40 students in a batch
• Training Duration of 50 hours spread over 45 days with Min 5 Licenses
• Training consisting of 50% theory and 50% practical
• The Project will be Synthesisable Embedded Controller downloadable into trainer system
• Required Course material for VHDL language and Xilinx
• Examination and certification
• Faculties 2 numbers responsible for conducting training
